“The cuisine is the alchemy of love”

My cuisine is an expression of the traditions of classic Italian cuisine, to which I give my personal and unique touch.

I grew up and trained in Italian cuisine, which I raised to the highest quality in London from the hand of Michelin star chef Bruno Barbieri. It was also in London where I had contacts with other cuisines of the world, in Aspinalls Crown (Mayfair) by the hand of chef Nicola Ducchessi, who was preparing an international fusion cuisine with chefs from several countries. They all gave me great knowledge of flavors, techniques and other cuisines, in addition to class and professionalism.


My passion for the Mediterranean and its food took me to Formentera where I worked several seasons to finally settle in Ibiza as a private chef, I’m offering now a proposal based on a product cuisine, healthy, tasty with my own style.

I love cooking because it gives me the energy to embrace my creativity. I create my ideas on a plate and the result reflects a passion for good food and flavours that will impress even the most devoted food lovers.
